Neurotype Exploration Consultation
60 mins Online

This is what you can expect during a meeting with me, here is a screenshot of me sitting at my work desk.
This is for you if...
✓ You've been researching autism and see yourself in it, but feel uncertain
✓ You've been diagnosed with or treated for anxiety, depression, BPD, or other mental health diagnoses, but something never quite fit
✓ You're wondering if those labels were actually undiagnosed autism/ADHD all along
✓ You're worried about "wasting money" on a full assessment if you're wrong
✓ The idea of a 3-hour assessment feels overwhelming right now
✓ You want to talk to someone who actually understands before committing to a possible diagnosis
✓ You're balancing parenthood/work/life and can't spare 3 hours yet
✓ You need someone to say "yes, this makes sense" or "here's what I'm noticing"
✓ You just want space to explore without formal documentation

If you need any of these things, you'll want to book a full diagnostic assessment instead.

After This Session, You Might...
✓ Feel clearer about whether to pursue formal assessment
✓ Have language for experiences you couldn't name before
✓ Understand what autism actually looks like in adults (beyond stereotypes)
✓ Feel validated, seen, and less alone in your experience
✓ Decide the exploration itself was enough, self identification is okay too
✓ Realise you want a full diagnostic assessment
If you decide you want a full assessment after our consultation:
Your $300 doesn't go toward the assessment fee, these are separate services. However, you'll already have met me, know my approach, and can decide if I'm the right psychologist for you.
Think of this consultation as a "try before you commit" option.
Why This Isn't "Just" a Chat
You might be thinking: "Am I paying $300 just to talk?" Here's what you're actually paying for:
My unique experience:
10 years as a registered psychologist
Autistic ADHD (+) lived experience
Contemporary training in adult autism assessment
Understanding of the intersection between neurodivergence, gender, trauma, mental health and parenthood
My clinical lens:
I'm not just listening, I'm observing patterns, recognising traits, and connecting dots
I'm trained to spot what you might not see yourself
I'm differentiating between autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and burnout
I'm providing professional insights you can't get from online quizzes or Reddit (welp)
My affirming approach:
I'll aim to ensure you feel understood, and not pathologised or that there is something wrong with you
I speak from clinical and lived experience, not just textbooks
I won't dismiss your concerns or tell you "everyone feels that way"
I create space for you to be authentically yourself
This isn't therapy. This isn't coaching. This is clinical consultation with someone who actually gets it.
