This is for you if...

You're adjusting to becoming a parent: the identity shifts, relationship changes, everything..

✓  You're working through trauma (birth, medical, relational, or childhood)

✓  You want therapy that honours your whole self

My Approach

Trauma-Informed, Attachment-Focused Therapy

I work with parents and those planning parenthood, using approaches that help you process difficult experiences and understand how your nervous system responds to the world. My main modalities are EMDR and parts work, both powerful for making sense of overwhelm, trauma, and the parts of yourself that sometimes feel at odds.

Common Experiences I support:

Perinatal Mental Health:

  • Birth trauma and processing difficult birth experiences

  • Birth fears (tokophobia) in pregnancy or when planning pregnancy

  • Perinatal depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD

  • Adjustment to parenthood and identity shifts

  • Relationship changes after becoming parents

Neurodivergent Parent Support:

  • Autistic/ADHD burnout

  • Managing demands as a neurodivergent parent

  • Understanding your neurotype in the context of parenting

Note: I work with individual adults only. I don't provide couples therapy.
