My Approach
Trauma-Informed, Attachment-Focused Therapy
I work with parents and those planning parenthood, using approaches that help you process difficult experiences and understand how your nervous system responds to the world. My main modalities are EMDR and parts work, both powerful for making sense of overwhelm, trauma, and the parts of yourself that sometimes feel at odds.

-
Birth fears (tokophobia) in pregnancy or when planning pregnancy

-
